What kind of prompts are people using in the AI Bots tuning section for threads to make their bots function more "human" like and more forum/user friendly? I've got a number of bots set up but they all seem rather "rigid" with their responses and interactions.

Also, is there specific terminology that prevents symbols like #### and **** from being used in AI repsonses?

I'm using the gtp-4o-mini model if that makes any difference?
