Branding Removal License Agreement​

1. Purpose of the Agreement​

By purchasing this license, the Buyer is granted the right to use the AI Bots without default branding (the "Authorized Product"). This Agreement does not provide ownership or access to any additional software, features, or services beyond branding removal.

2. Scope of Branding Removal​

Under this Agreement, the Buyer is permitted to:

• Remove or hide the branding elements (e.g., logos, attribution text) displayed within the Authorized Product.
• Customize the branding (if applicable, within the limits of the Authorized Product’s functionality).

This right applies only to the Buyer’s installation of the Authorized Product and does not extend to third parties or any redistributed versions.

3. License Restrictions​

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following restrictions:
a. Non-Transferability: The right to branding removal is non-transferable and applies only to the specific instance of the Authorized Product for which it was purchased.
b. No Distribution: The Buyer may not distribute, sublicense, resell, or offer branding removal as a service to third parties.
c. No Reverse Engineering: The Buyer may not modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or tamper with licensing mechanisms in an attempt to extend branding removal beyond the granted rights.
d. Compliance with Authorized Product Terms: The Buyer must comply with all licensing agreements and usage terms of the Authorized Product. Branding removal does not exempt the Buyer from other obligations under those agreements.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability​

The branding removal is provided "as is", without any guarantees of compatibility, performance, or continued availability. We are not responsible for:

• Any issues that arise from branding removal, including but not limited to software malfunctions, compatibility problems, or feature limitations.
• Any modifications made by the Buyer that affect the performance of the Authorized Product.
• Future updates to the Authorized Product that may alter or remove branding-related settings.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or software malfunctions resulting from branding removal, even in cases of negligence or misconduct on our part.

5. Non-Refundable Purchase​

The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing the right to remove branding is final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the license is granted, including but not limited to cases of:

• Dissatisfaction with branding removal.
• Compatibility issues with other software or modifications.
• Changes in the Buyer’s preferences or business needs.

6. Changes to the Agreement​

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the branding removal right constitutes acceptance of any updates.

7. Term and Termination​

This Agreement remains in effect unless terminated by us. We reserve the right to revoke the Buyer’s branding removal rights in cases of:

• Breach of this Agreement.
• Unauthorized distribution or misuse of branding removal.
• Any violations of the Authorized Product’s terms of service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.

9. Entire Agreement​

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Buyer and us regarding branding removal rights. It supersedes any prior agreements or communications related to this subject.

By purchasing branding removal rights for the AI Bots, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
