Add-On Pack License Agreement
This Add-On Pack License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the site administration ("we", "us", "our") and the individual or entity purchasing access to the pack of add-ons (the "Buyer").
1. Purpose of the Agreement
We have developed a pack of add-ons known as
Chat UI Kit (also referred to as
[021] Chat UI Kit, [Genesis] Chat UI Kit, [GNZ] Chat UI Kit) (the "Add-On Pack"). By purchasing access, the Buyer receives a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-ons included in the pack under the terms of this Agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By gaining access to the Add-On Pack, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to abide by:
- All individual agreements, licenses, and terms set forth for each specific add-on included in the pack.
- Any applicable usage restrictions outlined for each add-on.
3. Non-Refundable Purchase
The Buyer acknowledges that all
purchases are final and non-refundable after download.
- Refunds will only be considered if the Buyer has not downloaded any add-ons from the pack.
- Once any add-on from the pack is downloaded, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or missing features.
- This policy complies with digital product laws that prohibit refunds for downloadable software after access has been granted.
4. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The Buyer’s continued use of any add-ons from the Add-On Pack after any changes shall constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect unless terminated by us. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Add-On Pack at any time without prior notice in cases of:
- Violation of this Agreement.
- Unauthorized distribution or modification of add-ons.
- Any other breach of our policies.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of
Ukraine. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, and agreements regarding the Add-On Pack.
By purchasing and using the Add-On Pack, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is effective as of the date access to the Add-On Pack is granted.
