Provide an option for the admin to decide whose chatGPT API key to use, either the default API key set by the admin, or ask users to enter their own API key.

Perhaps the user's API key could be stored in localstorage?

I may never be able to cover the cost of chatGPT queries on my own. :ROFLMAO:
