Регистрация аккаунта, затем в этом же браузере в режиме инкогнито регистрируется другой аккаунт, при этом совпадение только по отпечатку браузера, хотя, как я понимаю, Evercookies тоже должны работать.
Так же если выйти из аккаунта и после этого зарегистрировать новый аккаунт, Evercookies срабатывают не всегда.

.нет, последние версии браузеров умеют их удалять, они вполне могут не работать в данном случае
